From the founder
I'm Abubakar. I graduated high school with an Associate of Science in Computer Science from Normandale — through PSEO. Most of my classmates never even heard the program existed. By senior year, friends were coming to me with questions the system should've answered. I built myPSEO so finding out about free college doesn't come down to who you know.
What myPSEO is
myPSEO is an independent platform for Minnesota's Post-Secondary Enrollment Options program. We make it easy to check eligibility across all 60+ participating institutions, file the official NOSR form (ED-001763-26), and track applications end-to-end.
The platform is free for students and their families. Forever.
What we believe
Access shouldn't depend on knowing the right person.
PSEO is one of the most generous public programs in the country, and far too many Minnesota students never hear about it. We exist to close that gap.
The paperwork should match the program.
PSEO is a state right. The forms shouldn't require multiple printers, scans, and in-person trips. myPSEO collects all three signatures online — student, counselor, and college.
Free means free.
No tuition, no fees, no books, no app subscription. Students never pay myPSEO for anything.
